Sadly, this seems to be a radio interview, so there’s just a static picture. However, Harlan Ellison is such a hyperactive speaker you hardly notice.

Now, first off, Harlan Ellison is the only person in the fucking UNIVERSE who can out-talk Robin Williams to the point that Robin seems sedate and boring by comparison.

But more importantly, it’s absolutely fascinating to hear about the origin of Scientology. It was a goof! A bunch of pulp authors getting together to get wasted and trade stories results in the wackiest of the wacky religions, care of L. Ron Hubbard, money hungry pulp novelist.

As mentioned in their previously released video, the group calling themselves Anonymous is carrying forth with their plan of non-violent protests of Scientology/Dianetics “churches” and buildings today across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Western Europe.  It is also their intention to carry on with various protests and demonstrations up to the Academy Awards.  Let’s be hopeful they make a good stink and bring down the GMD and his particularly strange brew of crazy.  More info at Xenu.net and FACTnet.org.

Project Chanology (Wiki for the cause)

Project Chanology is the large scale plan to bring down the Church of Scientology. On January 16, 2008; Anonymous decided to spread the message that Scientology is a dangerous and subversive organization.

PROJECT CHANOLOGY was thus coined as a description of the “covert” plan, the main goal of which is to enlighten the Church of Scientology (CoS) by any means necessary. This will be a game of mental warfare. It will require our talkers, not our hackers; it will require our dedicated Anon across the world to do their part.

Cosplay

Not to be confused with “Costume Play”, CoSplay is a website intended to help anonymous find others to join their ranks and band together against scientology.
