I just haven’t done this in awhile. I guess i got lazy, or maybe I got out of the habit back when FoB was so slow it took forever to log in/update.

I’ve been updating Edible Dirt, i just haven’t been pimping it here like I should have.

The website linked below makes me think of that spastic magical order Bobby Hill got mixed up with in King of the Hill episode “The Witches of East Arlen,” wherein Bobby is heard to say:

Last summer there was an art show down in Santa Monica with the theme of “Monsters.” The following was artist Tim O’Brien’s take on monsterhood, his rationale being:

I looked at the list of invites and then imagined all of the usual takes on what a monster is thought to be. Perhaps some will be cute, some ugly. I went in another direction. What if I were to paint a realistic version of something usually thought of as cute and benign? For no particular reason and maybe several, I chose Charlie Brown.
