in her underwear.
I know there are some A.P. fans here, so i thought I’d share this little gem with you, by way of my friend Kyle Cassidy (you can see him step into the frame for a brief moment to take a photo).
Amanda Palmer, serenades Neil Gaiman, singing Radiohead’s “Creep”, and accompanying herself on Ukelele.

Yea that’s pretty awesome

So, it would seem that if I wanted a hot indie musician to serenade me in her underwear, all I’d have to do is be an overrated comic god.
I’ll get right on that.

“…all I’d have to do is be an overrated comic god.”
Hey man, don’t be hatin’ on us comic gods!

Sir, you are no Neil Gaiman, Todd McFarlane or Drew Hayes.
I don’t be hatin’ on you.

Is he staring at her uke or her tits?
Neil Gaiman doesn’t do much for me any more. I was as rabid as any other fanboy back in the day, but after reading the same story about gods displaced and forced to hang out with mortals in various formats over and over and over, I’m… er… over him.

Bite thy tongue!
And don’t forget I want them two other comics, either, whenever they get around to getting there…

Tongue bitten.
I’m bringing the new issue to my home tonight. Pick it up any time.

Squee!
(and yes, I am still a Gaiman fangirl…in spite of the fact they are all the same (ish) stories. His short stories can be kinda good. And he’s British. Did I mention he keeps bees, too?)
Okay, enough…

Did you SEE Mirrormask?
Heh. No. You did?
Sucker.

It was almost as dreadful as Neverwhere.
Beowulf had a quite nice dragon in it, if you could get past that animated Angelina Jolie horror, heh.

Also, he’s a big champion of The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund:

They have Hellboy t-shirts. Yes, they do.

Was there a Neverwhere movie? I read that book. It wasn’t bad. I think I actually enjoyed the comic more though.
